I initially worked with Lindsey several years ago, but, obvious to me now, it just wasn’t the right time. However, in August of 2015 I contacted Lindsey again; physically, mentally, and emotionally literally at rock bottom. To say I was one hot mess would be the understatement of all time! She started out in a very compassionate way encouraging me to re-engage in life. As time went on; we went from to compassion to compassionately more tough, in the very best possible way. She has never let me wallow in self-pity for very long, nor has she allowed me to make excuses or accepted my weak justifications for anything. She has never sugar-coated anything; she is gentle, but no nonsense and has always held me accountable for my words and actions in my daily life. This is EXACTLY what I needed to begin to pick myself up and start the life long process of building version 2.0 of me. In the months since I started working with Lindsey, we chat weekly. I look forward to “my” time with her to focus on me and my needs.
Happily, I have come so far since that first call. I have cried, talked, and listened to very wise guidance. The guidance has always come in ways that I can really understand and see the value in it. I have celebrated victories big and small with Lindsey. I believe with all my heart and soul that if I had not made that call, I would be dead by now. Until my last breath I will be so grateful to Lindsey for getting me out of that deep dark place and into the bright sunshine!

Working with Lindsey is so empowering. She is kind, firm, creative, compassionate, and fully on your side; whatever serves you the best is what you’ll explore together. While she won’t turn a blind eye to stories you’re making up about yourself and your situation, she will forge ahead with you and help you travel to a more aware and empowering position.
Over the course of 3 months, Lindsey and I delved into various aspects of my life that I was unsatisfied with, from relationships to career. Nothing was off-limits, and nothing was too big of a challenge for us to tackle. Many sessions involved tears; all involved laughter and hope.
Lindsey helped me to discover (or rediscover) my purpose, what brings me joy, what helps me feel like I want to feel, and how to create the life I crave. She helped me recover my grace and equanimity after a major life shift, when I couldn’t imagine ever feeling happy again. I can say with honesty and enthusiasm that I love my life now, something I couldn’t envision saying a mere 3 months ago. I didn’t imagine that I could expect that with the patient guidance of a caring, astute, and affable coach I could come this far this fast. Thank you, Lindsey!

I worked with Lindsey when she first started this journey. I then worked with a counselor for 9 months. I came back to Lindsey when my last appointment with my counselor was just like the 1st appointment. I gain more in 1 hour with Lindsey than I did in 9 long months with a counselor!!
